Kristie Blasingim

Kristie is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional with a passion for helping clients navigate their journey in the world of real estate. Born and raised in Nashville and later Brentwood, Tennessee, she has a deep understanding of the local market and a strong connection to the community.
After graduating from Brentwood High School, Kristie pursued her studies at Tennessee Tech, majoring in Elementary Education. She went on to become an accomplished elementary school teacher, dedicating 18 years to educating young minds.
In 2014, Kristie embarked on a new chapter in her professional journey by transitioning into real estate. She seized an incredible opportunity that allowed her to tap into her passion for helping others in a different capacity by using her skills to educate clients and deliver quality service.
Kristie’s true joy lies in meeting new people and assisting them through the process of meeting their real estate goals. She understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience, and she thrives on problem-solving, effective communication, and providing a sense of empathy to her clients. Her goal is to make the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone she works with.
Salena Garza

Salena, a native Tennessean, brings unparalleled knowledge and insight to the communities she serves across both Middle and East Tennessee. With a background in Paralegal Studies, she leverages her analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex transactions to deliver seamless real estate experiences for her clients. Her dedication and loyalty have earned her a solid reputation as a trusted professional and a consistent place on the top-producing agents list at Luxury Homes International (LHI).
As one of the original agents at LHI, Salena has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s success. Serving as an ambassador, she encourages and supports other agents, shining a bright spotlight on LHI’s commitment to excellence and collaboration. Her leadership and passion inspire those around her, contributing to the firm’s vibrant culture and growth.
Beyond real estate, Salena is deeply devoted to her community. She proudly volunteers with her local Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Board of Directors, and is actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives aimed at uplifting others.
When not working with clients, Salena and her husband of 18 years, Brian, enjoy traveling both locally and internationally.

Houston-born Kristina Powers brings a warm, welcoming presence and exceptional organizational skills to her role as Office Manager at Luxury Homes International. With a background in real estate and a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life, Kristina ensures that LHI runs smoothly while supporting both agents and clients with her signature attention to detail.
Before stepping into this leadership role, Kristina thrived as a Realtor, earning a reputation for going above and beyond for her clients. Her patience, keen eye for details, and ability to navigate complex transactions make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Kristina has been married to her husband, Burt, for 17 years. When she’s not keeping things running seamlessly at LHI, she enjoys walking the trails in her neighborhood and cheering on her kids, Emilie and Cooper, at their soccer games.
